Membership terms:

Monthly Membership payments shall be made in advance prior to utilizing benefits/banks awarded. A minimum of 6 month commitment is required with autorenewal on a monthly basis until client requests a 30 day cancellation notification.  

Benefits expire 30 days from date of cancellation notification.

Medispa has the right to review subscriptions periodically after the initial 6 months. Members will be given a minimum of 30 days notice regarding any changes to the membership to allow for cancellation.

Medispa reserves the right to cancel or suspend the membership due to breach of agreement, lack of payment, of false information provided by the member. All money collected by the spa reserves the right to retain due to costs incurred. Members discounts may not be combined with any other promotional offers.
