● Acute sickness evaluation and treatment(migraines, cough, eye injuries, dehydration, vomiting, allergic reactions, abdominal pain, aches, sore throat, fever, asthma, pneumonia, covid-19, influenza, ear infections, bronchitis, acute pain, gastroenteritis, UTI, STD, Pregnancy, nausea, cellulitis, abscess, back pain, accidents, chest pain ect.)
● Minimum of Basic life support trained staff with AED management
● Onsite services – (X-ray, stat labs, urine/drug screening, IV hydration, wound care, antibiotic injections, allergic reaction injection, steroid injections, anti-inflammatory injections, STD testing, vaginal exams, tetanus update, nebulizer treatment, ect.)

Medallus accepts all health insurance plans including: Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross North Dakota, Cigna, Sanford Health, Humana, Health Partners, Multi-Plan, United HealthCare, and more. The co-pay is primary care co-pay.
If you have no health insurance or have high deductible health plan and want to pay cash at the time of service, our cash price is a flat fee of $175/visit. This fee includes in-clinic labs and treatments without extra charges such as: rapid strep test, urinalysis, shots, X-ray, breathing treatment, oral medications, and basic splinting.
